Your COROS training, read in depth.

Every session a record. Every record a labour.

A free desktop app for COROS athletes: every session read in depth, an AI coach that has read all of it, and a hall for every record you set along the way.

Today

Start the day knowing where you stand.

Recovery, the week's load, last night's sleep and the next session on your plan, on one screen. Sleep keeps every night and nap, its stages, HRV and stress, long after the nine weeks COROS holds.

Overview: recovery, the week's training, last night's sleep and what is planned next

Every session

Every session, read in depth.

Every session COROS holds, across every sport, in one list. Pick one to see its heart-rate zones, running dynamics, power and every channel the watch recorded. A run, a ride and a hike each get a page that reads what that sport is about.

A run: map, pace, heart rate, running form and every channel
Running: weekly volume, load ratio, VO2max and threshold
Running: Weekly volume, load ratio, VO₂max and threshold pace. Switch to Trail and the screen reads climb instead of pace.
A ride: normalised power, intensity, TSS and peak power
Rides: Normalised power, IF and TSS against your FTP, peak power from 5 seconds to an hour, power zones and the climbs.
A hike: moving time, ascent, terrain and climbing rate
Hikes: The moving time inside a long day, your rests, the terrain you covered and your climbing rate.
Strength: sessions and a 3D muscle map
Strength: COROS strength sessions and Hevy workouts in one place, on a 3D map of the muscles you trained.
A hike around Hàm Lợn replayed on a satellite map, coloured by elevation
Every route, replayed. Open the map full size, colour the line by pace, heart rate or elevation, and watch the route draw itself the way you covered it.
Every sport, in depth

Plan

Plan it here, and your watch has it.

Your COROS workouts, plans and calendar. Everything you build, edit or schedule is saved straight to your COROS account, so it is on your watch the next time it syncs.

Calendar: planned and completed sessions by month
Calendar: planned and done side by side, by week or month. Drag a session to another day and it moves on your COROS calendar too.
Training Library: a 12-week marathon plan, week by week
Training Library: read, build, edit and duplicate workouts and plans, and put a plan on the calendar with its compliance on every session.

Coach

A coach that has read your training.

Ask about a session, a week or how well you are recovering. Coach reads your COROS data and answers with the numbers and the charts behind them.

Coach: an interval session analysed, with heart-rate and pace charts Coach: a marathon plan in the Workbench beside the conversation

Auto analysis: Coach checks in on its own.

Give a conversation a standing job and Coach does it without being asked: after a new activity, on a schedule, or when something in your data turns. The answer lands in the same conversation, ready when you open it.

  • After each activity Post-activity debrief How the session went against your recent training, and anything worth acting on.
  • Every morning Morning briefing What today should look like, given the last few days and what is on the calendar.
  • Every Sunday Weekly review The week as a whole: what held, what slipped and what it means for the next one.
  • Every Monday Next week's plan The week's sessions drafted from recent training, waiting for your approval.

Read-only by design: an analysis can read and suggest, never write. Anything it drafts waits for you, and a monthly budget caps what it may spend.

How Coach works

Hall of Records

Twelve labours. Three stages each.

Every first, record and streak is kept, month by month. The Twelve Labours turn them into standards: what a beginner reaches in a few weeks, a few months, a year. Speed and VO₂max are graded for your age and sex, so a stage means the same for everyone.

Hall of Records: the timeline of milestones
Timeline: every first, record and streak, and the labour stage it reached.

Your data

Your training stays yours.

  • On your computer. The app has no account of its own and the developer runs no servers.
  • Two computers, one record. Sync them through your own Google Drive. Passwords and sign-ins never leave the machine they were made on.
  • One file to keep. Back everything up to a file and restore it whenever you like.

Questions

Before you download.

Is it made by COROS?
No. Heracles Records is an independent app. It reads your training through your own COROS account, the same way the COROS Training Hub website does.
Does it cost anything?
The app is free. Coach runs on an AI you choose: your own ChatGPT or Claude plan, a pay-as-you-go API key, or a free model on your own computer.
Can I use it without the AI coach?
Yes. Every screen but Coach works without one.
Where is my data?
On your computer. Nothing goes to the developer. If you sync two computers, it goes through your own Google Drive.
